With outstanding pre-season records, there are numerous football teams fans should keep an eye on this season.

  • New England Patriots
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Dallas Cowboys
  • Green Bay Packers
  • Los Angeles Rams

Heading into the regular season, the Patriots are leading the American Football Conference (AFC) East, the Chiefs are leading the AFC West, the Ravens are leading the AFC North, and the Texans are in first place in the AFC South.

The Chiefs, Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Texans and Cleveland Browns, also make up the top five teams leading the NFC Conference.

According to the NFL’s website, these are the teams to watch due to  their outstanding records and the success they have experienced so far.

When Titans and Jaguar were playing Thursday night football there were a lot of penalties and even Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had something to say.

“I can’t watch these ridiculous penalties anymore,” Brady said.

Sammy Watkins of the Kansas City Chiefs, is having a good season so far with three touchdowns heading into week four. However, he has to keep his performance up if he wants to renew his contract.

ESPN writer Adam Teicher said Watkins need to be more productive in 2019 since this is his last season and wide receiver Mecole Hardman was drafted as a top pick.

Even though these are known as the best teams in the NFL and fan favorites today, keep an eye out this season for which teams will stay on top or crumble under pressure.
